Synopsis:
Forty-six.
That’s how many hybrids survived the Hunter attack in the woods after I revived them with an injection of my blood. That’s how many followed me home to Frederick Falls. And that’s how many were now mentally linked to me through a blood bond.

Two days. Three valium. Fourteen hours of sleep.
That’s what it took to realize I wasn’t losing my mind as a result of the noise in my own head.

Sixteen.
That’s how many days have passed since I almost killed Alex. That’s how many days I’ve sat by his bedside, waiting for him to wake up. To ease the guilt, to understand his betrayal, to remember the exact shade of brown in his eyes.

Zero.
That’s my chances of skating by with Gordon Steppe and the Hunter Council. They want me for questioning. I’m afraid what’ll happen if I give them answers.

My Review:
Woooooow is all I can say!!

Blood Rule is book #4 in the wonderful and awesome Dirty Blood Series. I have to admit this is my favorite book yet out of all of them and that does not happen very often in a series. Usually it is the first book that is my favorite but Blood Rule proved to be different.

Heather managed to yet again suck me back into the dangerous & captivating world of Hunters, Werewolves and Hybrids. There is just something about the danger, action, love and wolves that just keeps you going in this book. Blood Rule kept all of that and more.

It held me all the way to the end, which was a HUGE cliffhanger might I add, but I could not put the book down. I have to admit though the cliffhanger was a really nice touch cause now I know that as soon as Dirty Blood #5 comes out I will be buying it so I can find out what happens next. That was the awesome thing about Blood Rule though, I had to know what was going to happen next.

This story was so awesomely written that I could feel myself in the story, there were times my kids and husband were staring at me like I was crazy cause I would bust out laughing out of nowhere or make a loud gasp. It was all the book though, I was so in tuned with it. I recommend this book to anyone that likes werewolves, suspense, action, and love. So what are you waiting for? Go buy your copy TODAY!!

Be warned though there are parts that will have you laughing out loud like these for example:

"Deal. Thelma and Louise. All the way."-Tara
"Sometimes, Tara Godfrey, you are way too willing to die."-Cambria

"Holy Crap on a Cracker" - Cambria

“Does this seem off to anyone else besides me?” Logan asked.
“I’m always off, son,” Astor said, patting his shoulder as he passed.
George snorted. “What?” he asked when I shoved him. “At least he knows it.”

So go check out Blood Rule today!!!

About The Author:

I am a mother to two adorable children who are both so much like me, I'm scared of their teenage years and open to six-figure offers from anyone who wants to handle the 13-17 age range.

I live in coastal Virginia and I work from home, part time, as a property manager. I write YA paranormal romance and I read it, too, so if you know of a great book/series, feel free to suggest it. Some of my faves are Twilight, Hunger Games, and the Mortal Instruments series. #TeamJace #TeamPeeta #TeamJacobbutEdwardishottoo #AlsoImightbeaddictedtohashtags
When I'm not writing or reading, I'm chasing my kids around the house or I'm lying on the beach, soaking in those delicious, pre-cancerous rays.

I love Mexican food, hate socks with sandals, and if my house was on fire, the one thing I’d grab is my DVR player.

Favorite movies: Newsies, Little Rascals, Sandlot
Favorite authors: Richelle Mead, Warren Murphy, Cassandra Clare
Favorite bands: Kings of Leon, Sea Wolf, Paramore, Plain White T's, to name a few, but really, I'm a solid 90's girl, so I'm sucker for Mariah Carey, Selena, No Doubt (the early years), 2pac, Puffy (back when he was called that), Paula Abdul, Brian effing McKnight!! ... yeah, you get the point. Oh and Kris Kross. They still make me wanna "jump."
